Several Wiring Terminals on Computers
Terminal blocks are widely used in various electronic products and play an irreplaceable role. A computer contains various terminals, which are distributed in different places and play different roles.
The HDMI high-definition multimedia interface terminal has not yet been used in any officially sold product, but it is likely to be a standard connection terminal in the future. For digital video transmission, its basic principle is that, like DVI terminals, it is single line transmission, but it also transmits stereo and multi-channel digital audio, internal and infrared remote control signals simultaneously. This 19 pin terminal is significantly smaller than the DVI terminal and looks more like a USB terminal. Through an adapter, devices with HDMI terminals can be backward compatible with devices with DVI terminals, but this connection method does not necessarily fully transmit digital audio signals and control signals like directly connecting HDMI terminals.
The USB universal serial bus terminal, which uses rectangular or similar terminals, has largely replaced the old 9-pin serial port used in personal computers. Of course, it has also been widely used in the field of home theaters. Rectangular terminals (also known as Class A terminals) are commonly found on computer hosts, while terminals similar to rectangular terminals (also known as Class B terminals) are commonly used in computer peripheral devices. For the use of audio and video, USB terminals are often used between computers, servers, portable MP3 players, and computer audio and video recording/editing systems for data input/output transmission.
The Ethernet (RJ-45) Ethernet wiring terminal, which has a larger phone line plug and socket, is also used the same way: insert it tightly, press the plastic reed and pull it out. Ethernet terminals have been ported from the computer field and are often used in home theater equipment with network connectivity capabilities, such as receivers, hard disk recorders, and digital music servers. Almost every computer/electronics store sells this type of plug and wire, and it is already connected.
